Born on the building site, not in a spreadsheet.
Cementum was founded at the end of 2025 from the experience of people who have managed building sites, permits and filings, and have seen deals stall because of a rule discovered too late.
From the Latin caementum.
It is the Roman material that grows stronger over time instead of weakening. That is what we want to be for the people who work with us: a foundation that holds, project after project.
We sell a delivered case. The login comes later.
In this sector people buy through relationships and word of mouth. That is why our first contact is not a demo: it is a case studied on the plot in front of you, by the experts of Pocket Urbanist. Then, if you want to work on your own, there is the platform.
We believe that, with property and land, trust is built in person, and that a tool should give reliable answers faster without taking people away from the table. That is why Cementum is software, but with people behind it you can call.
