These Terms and Conditions of Service («Terms») govern the use of the Cementum platform and the Pocket Urbanist service (the «Service»), provided by Cementum.ai S.r.l., with offices at Via Alcide De Gasperi 19D, 84043 Agropoli (SA), Italy, VAT no. IT06413860658.
By using the Service, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. Anyone who does not accept them may not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Cementum is a development clearance platform that uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist in consulting and interpreting building and planning regulations, municipal regulations and technical documentation. The Pocket Urbanist service adds the work of an expert from the Cementum team to the platform.
The Service is informative and indicative in nature.

3. Limits of the Service and liability
Nature of the Service
The Service does not replace the opinion of qualified professionals (architects, engineers, surveyors, lawyers, accountants). The information is indicative and informative and must always be checked with professionals registered with the relevant professional bodies, with the competent municipal planning offices, with official regulatory sources and, for legal matters, with a lawyer.
Limits of artificial intelligence
By its nature, an artificial intelligence system may produce incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date information, misinterpret requests or fail to take local specifics into account. That is why every result comes with its source and a status stating its level of verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cementum.ai S.r.l. is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service or from decisions taken on the basis of the information provided.

User responsibility
The user is responsible for the content they enter or upload, its accuracy and lawfulness and the use they make of the information received, and undertakes not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
4. Use of the Service
The user undertakes to provide accurate information when registering, to keep their credentials confidential, not to share the account with third parties, not to attempt to access unauthorised systems or data and not to interfere with the operation of the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The software, algorithms, interfaces, trademarks and content of the Service belong to Cementum.ai S.r.l. or their respective owners. The user remains the owner of the content they upload and grants Cementum.ai S.r.l. a licence limited solely to providing the Service.
6. Plan, Momentum and payments
The Service runs on Momentum, the unit used to measure the platform's work: each analysis uses an amount that depends on its complexity.

7. Term, withdrawal and cancellation
The user can delete their account at any time; deletion permanently removes the associated data, including conversation history. Cementum.ai S.r.l. may suspend or close access in the event of a breach of the Terms.
8. Changes to the Terms
Changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
